Who am I?

I’m Meg. I am a wife, a mom, a night owl, a TV enthusiast, a Sonic ice loyalist, and a counselor. All of the little random pieces of me shape who I am and the work that I do. I am profoundly grateful for my role as a counselor, and it is my deepest desire to create a space where you feel seen, known, and cared for.

I received my bachelor’s degree in Psychology and Child Development from Texas Christian University (Go Frogs!) and my master’s degree in Clinical Mental Health Counseling from UTSA. I have experience in working with more acute mental health crisis, as well as individuals and couples. As I have worked in the field for several years, I have found a passion for helping people navigate life transitions and find meaning and forward movement through life’s challenges.

Why Noble Counseling?

When thinking (and overthinking) about naming this practice, I wanted the name to convey my values and approach to counseling. Noble means “possessing very high qualities, excellent", and my hope is that everything about your experience with Noble Counseling would be nothing short of excellent.
